Although I don’t plan on revealing my exact age, I will admit that I am getting up there in years. Even though I still feel young on the inside, I realize that there is no way to change the number of years that I have been on this planet. However, I don’t worry about my age, because as long as I still have my health and energy, then I don’t think my age should have any impact on how I live my life.
Because I truly enjoy it, I try to travel on a fairly regular basis. In addition to going on larger scale trips, I also enjoy more modest trips (such as visiting other cities in the United States). Since I have been around for awhile, I still remember quite clearly the days when a travel agent was the only reliable way to get an entire trip reserved. Fortunately, those days are gone, and there is a much easier (and much more cost efficient way to plan a trip). As you probably guessed, I’m talking about the Internet. While I may be a little older, I’m not dumb, so I’m quite comfortable using my computer and the Internet in general.
Because it’s so easy to use, I can plan an entire trip online. For example, when I went to Chicago last month, my flight, hotel room and car rental were all reserved directly from the Internet.
