While it is going to be fun to see what life has in store for me next, that doesn’t mean that I’m not feeling sentimental about my time in college coming to an end. After spending my last four years in the same city and environment, it is hard to accept that things are going to be completely changing for me. Because I have been reflecting on all of my experiences so much, I am starting to feel like an old person! However, although I may seem gloomy about the future, I am actually quite excited. Unlike many of my friends (who are unsure of what they are going to do), I already know that once I graduate, I have a job waiting for me.

As a result of getting a signing bonus for starting my new job, I am going to use some of that money to take a trip. I looked at several potential destinations for my trip, and ended up choosing Chicago. Since I have never visited Chicago, I am looking forward to seeing it for myself. I feel like I have earned a vacation, and that’s why I will spend a full nine days enjoying Chicago. Not only have I already booked my flight to Chicago, but I have also made my other reservations. My hotel is reserved in my name, as well as my Chicago car rental. I’m no expert traveler, but I knew that booking my Chicago car rental online would be easiest, and it turned out that I was correct.
