If you are taking a trip to Chicago and want to do something out of the ordinary, why not rent an exotic car? Whether you want something top of the line like a Cadillac Escalade or Mercedes S550 AMG, or you really want to go all out and get a foreign sports car like a Lamborghini Gallardo, Chicago Exotic Car Rentals has an amazing fleet of vehicles available for rent.

So, why would you want to rent an exotic car instead of a standard rental car? While there aren’t any practical differences between an exotic rental car and a standard one, your trip is going to be a lot more fun with an exotic rental car. Instead of pulling up to a trendy Chicago restaurant in a Honda Accord, you can pull up to the same restaurant in a Ferrari F430 Coupe F1!

The price range of the vehicles offered by Chicago Exotic Car Rentals ranges from less than three hundred dollars a day to over one thousand dollars a day. Depending on the vehicle, you will have between seventy-five and one hundred miles included in the price you pay for the rental.

Hertz Announces New Fuel Policy in Chicago

As you should already know all too well, traveling is getting quite expensive. With the rising cost of fuel, everything from airline tickets to rental cars are going up in price. Therefore, any time you can save some money as a traveler, it is a very welcome opportunity. Fortunately, if you use Hertz as your rental car company, you will have an opportunity to save yourself some money.

As many of Chicago’s newspapers recently noted, Hertz has implemented a new policy for its customers. Traditionally, the way rental car companies have worked is if you return a car with a tank that isn’t full, when they refill it, they will charge you for up to twice the amount of the standard price of gas. However, Hertz has decided that instead of gouging the price of gasoline, it will now refill its rental cars and only charge customers the standard price of local gas, along with a seven dollar service fee.

In addition to saving money as a result of this policy, if you book your Hertz car rental for Chicago online, you should also be able to save yourself even more money by getting a lower rate.

Hertz Provided Me with a Great Chicago Car Rental Experience

I have been living and working in Chicago for the last six years, so I’ve had my fair share of experiences with different companies throughout the city. This being said, my recent experience with Hertz was one of the best that I have ever had in Chicago.

Last month, I needed a rental car for a business day trip. Since I was going to be driving over three hundred miles and didn’t want to pay a fortune for gas, I asked Hertz if I could rent a Prius from them. Even though they said they didn’t keep any at my local location, they said they would try to get one there for me. To my pleasant surprise, when I showed up to get my rental, a Prius was there waiting for me!

To top things off, a few days after I had taken my day trip, I suddenly realized that I had left my camera in the Prius. I assumed that it was gone forever, but when I called Hertz, they actually had it safely stored in their lost and found!
